Selecting the Right Cat Litter Box

The cat litter box that you should get for your cat will depend on many different things. For example, if you don't have much room for the litter box, you should measure the area before buying it to be sure that it will fit where you want it.

If you need to place the litter box in an public area (like the living room), take a look at litter boxes that come with lids. These will provide adequate privacy for your cat while keeping the litter box smell to a minimum. Most litter boxes with lids also come with filters to further reduce the smell.
